Paneer Tikka Masala

250gm paneer,cubed
3 tomatoes
3 onions
2 poppy seeds
4 cloves
1 cinammon
4 cardamom
2tsp kasuri methi
1tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
2tsp dania powder
1tsp cumin seeds
4tbsp oil
4tbsp fresh cream
salt

Mix chilli powder,garam masala,ginger gralic paste,salt and curd well.
Marinate paneer with the above mixture for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the paneer till brown.
Remove from heat and drain on an absorbant tissue.
Grind the onions and tomatoes into a fine paste.
Mix tumeric powder,chilli powder,poppy seeds,dania powder,cumin seeds with water and grind them into a paste.
Heat oil in a kadai,add cloves,cinamon,cardamom and saute for a few seconds.
Add the onion paste and keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the ground masala and mix well.
Add the tomato paste and keep mixing till the gravy is slightly thick.
Add kasoori methi and stir.
Finally add the fried paneer and salt.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with rotis.

Paneer is something without which i cannot think of surviving more than a month!! this recipe is "manna" for me...i shall try this. :)

like other recipes this is also simple to follow
